Every year Clerkenwell Design Week reminds us why material quality and longevity matter. This year four finds stood out: a circular furniture maker, a recycled terrazzo range, a beautifully restrained wall light, and furniture discovered in one of Clerkenwell's most talked-about courtyards.
Piccadilly Club Room
4SA is designing a Club Room within a Grade II listed building on Piccadilly, converting an existing office into a private meeting room and executive workspace. The interior scheme introduces oak-lined partitions set against the retained historic fabric, with a Heritage Statement to follow.

Once a grand Mayfair townhouse, then a dress shop and furrier, then tired post-war offices. Now a heritage-led repositioning by 4SA inside a locally listed building in the Mayfair Conservation Area: retained historic features, new end-of-trip facilities, LG7 lighting and a fire-upgraded envelope.
