The Guild of Architectural Ironmongers, in conjunction with RIBA, shortlisted our refurbishment of 100 Pall Mall, a heritage office building in St James's, at the 2024 Architectural Ironmongery (AI) Specification Awards. The project was one of 32 shortlisted across the sector. We were shortlisted alongside well regarded architects and projects, and shared a table with 3v Architectural Hardware who we collaborated with on the project.
The ceremony was held on 18 April 2024 at Southwark Cathedral, which stands at the oldest crossing point of the River Thames and is first recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086. The Grade I listed cathedral was extended in 2000 by Richard Griffiths Architects to serve as a twenty first century place of worship, a fitting setting for an evening recognising heritage-led specification.
