4SA is designing a new Club Room within a Grade II listed building on Piccadilly, converting an existing office space into a private meeting room and executive workspace for the building’s owner. The interior scheme introduces oak-lined partitions, with options for a mezzanine seating level to maximise desking above an enclosed meeting room. These elements are designed to contrast, yet sit quietly beside the retained historic fabric. 

4SA is preparing the accompanying Heritage Statement, evidencing how the proposals respect the listed interior and the building's significance. The submission will follow shortly.
