We’re currently working on a new Club Room within our Piccadilly project. The client is utilising one of the existing offices as an opulent meeting room and executive office space within this Grade II listed space. Our proposals for the interior scheme include oak lined partitions and options with and without additional mezzanine seating above an enclosed meeting room. The design elements sit alongside the historic existing fabric and replace later interventions.

4SA are preparing a Heritage Statement to accompany the planning submission. We will share further updates as the project progresses.
